Returns & Refund Policy (MOSCAN)

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with European Union regulations. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging with labels

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

👉 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:

• The damaged product

• The packaging

 

Non-returnable Items / Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or lit candles (for hygiene and safety reasons)

• Opened or used diffusers

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Glass products are fragile. We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery or improper use.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item must still meet all return conditions listed above.
